How do I install my new Jinshu case?

Please refer to our Installation Guide for instructions on how to replace your original G-Shock case with your new Jinshu case. 

Where do your products originate from?

We source our cases from highly reputable suppliers in China. We know the origin of China often causes scepticism, but rest assured that we only partner with quality suppliers that we trust.

Is my Jinshu case covered by warranty?

We do not offer any warranties at the moment.

Orders

When will my order be shipped?

Once you complete the payment for your order, we will ship it out within 3-4 working days. (The GA Metal requires a 3-5 day build time before it is shipped out.)

What do I do if I haven't received my order?

What do I do if the product I received is faulty?

If you happen to receive a defective watch case, you can contact us at jinshuwatchcase@gmail.com, the sooner the quicker we are able to sort it out for you.

Am I able to return the product if I don't like it?

We currently do not offer returns, but if you happen to receive a faulty or damaged product, send us an email at jinshuwatchcase@gmail.com and we will assist you.
